Euro Valley Perfumes – Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Euro Valley Perfumes, customer satisfaction and transparency are at the heart of everything we do. To help you shop with confidence, please review our policies related to returns, refunds, and order cancellations.


Returns & Exchanges

As our products fall under the personal care and fragrance category, certain restrictions apply:

  • No Returns on Delivered Products
    Once a product has been delivered, opened, or used, it is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
  • Product Sensitivities & Allergies
    Our perfumes are crafted using a blend of natural and aromatic ingredients. Individual skin reactions may vary.
    Euro Valley Perfumes is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before regular use.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions mentioned below:

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your claim is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated within 4–7 business days.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video
    To claim a refund or replacement for any damaged, broken, leaked, or incorrect product, an unboxing video recorded from the moment of opening the package is mandatory.
  • How to Request a Refund

    Attach all required proof (unboxing video/photos).
  • Damaged Package at Delivery
    If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Inform us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  • Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
    If your order status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours.
    Claims raised after this window will not be eligible for a refund. Our internal review will be completed within 3–4 working days.
  • Shipping Charges
    We offer free delivery across India on all orders.

     

  • Refund Timelines
    Once approved:

  • Online payments: refunded within 5–6 business days
  • COD orders: refunded to the provided bank account within 5–6 business days

Return Eligibility (Exceptional Cases Only)

Returns or exchanges are considered only in rare situations:

  • Opened, unused, or used products are not eligible for return, unless found damaged or defective.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.
  • Transit-related damage (leakage, breakage, missing items) must be reported within 24–36 hours.
  • After verification, refunds or replacements are processed within 3–4 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch
    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
    A 2% payment gateway fee will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.
  • After Dispatch
    Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
    If a prepaid order is returned to us, a ₹75 handling charge will be deducted from the refund.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
